I really can’t recommend the ILS Zürich highly enough. Everything went smoothly, from the planning right up to exam day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire exam. I couldn’t have asked for better organization and support. Many thanks to the whole team! 😊

I took a B1 exam. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern, new, and clean. We had enough time to prepare between the written and oral exams. Everything was very well organized.

I chose ILS Zürich for my German Telc B1 exam, and they didn't disappoint. Everything was explained clearly before the test, and everything went smoothly during the exam; the woman who proctored the written portion was very friendly and professional. The results were delivered 13 days after the test. I'll be back in a few months for the B2! Thanks a lot

In my opinion, this is the most comprehensive and high-quality language school in Switzerland. Here, we’re not just learning a language—we’re also having a great time. The classrooms are air-conditioned and not crowded; in my previous language course, there were 12 students, but in the class I’m taking here, there are only three of us, and I find that to be a huge advantage. Our teacher, in particular, is very friendly and goes above and beyond to teach us—making the lessons more fun and helping us remember what we learn. If you want to learn a language, I think you should come and try out a trial day. Thank you (Ricardo) :)

I am very pleased with my experience at this school. The classes are well-organized, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the learning process is rigorous yet motivating. I would especially like to mention our teacher, Ricardo, who is an excellent instructor. He is very patient, explains things very clearly, and manages to make even the most difficult concepts easy to understand. The lessons are interesting, well-structured, and take place in a relaxed atmosphere where you feel encouraged to speak, ask questions, and learn without fear of making mistakes. Ricardo pays close attention to every student, and it’s clear that he puts his heart into what he does. Thanks to him, the course is much more enjoyable, and I feel like I’ve made real progress. I wholeheartedly recommend this school and, in particular, Ricardo’s classes.

Yes. The Saturday French course at ILS Zürich is held exclusively on Saturdays. Classes run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and consist of four lessons. This schedule is especially convenient if you work or study Monday through Friday, or if you’re unable to attend regular evening classes.

Yes. A longer block of classes on Saturday allows you to focus intensively on French once a week. To make good progress, it’s a good idea to schedule short review sessions during the week. Even just a few minutes spent on vocabulary, listening exercises, or French texts can help you keep the material fresh in your mind until the next Saturday.

A single sub-level, such as A1.1, A2.1, or B2.2, lasts 8 weeks and consists of 32 lessons. A full level lasts 16 weeks and consists of 64 lessons. This allows you to learn French systematically without having to attend a class during the workweek.

The Saturday course combines conversation practice with listening comprehension, writing, and other spoken and written exercises. The practical use of the language plays an important role in this course. The goal is for you to become increasingly confident in using French in conversations and everyday situations.

Yes. Saturday courses are offered from A1 to C1. Beginners can start at the A1 level. If you already have some knowledge of French, you can take a free placement test to find out which course level is right for you.

The Saturday classes are held in small groups of 3 to a maximum of 8 participants. The limited group size allows for more opportunities for discussion, questions, and active participation in class.

That depends mainly on your weekly schedule. A Saturday class is a good option if you’d prefer not to have any fixed class times during the week. An evening class, on the other hand, spreads the lessons over one or two sessions during the week. If you prefer a longer block of study time on the weekend, the Saturday class is often the better fit.
